Coaching and Mentoring Services

MoneyGuyz, LLC provides professional coaching, mentoring, educational resources, and related professional-development services. Results vary among individuals, and MoneyGuyz, LLC does not guarantee any particular career, employment, business, financial, or other outcome.

Client Responsibility

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions. Information, perspectives, suggestions, exercises, and other materials provided during an engagement are intended to support professional development and decision-making and are not guarantees of particular results.

Professional Advice Disclaimer

MoneyGuyz does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, medical, mental-health, or other regulated professional advice through its coaching services. Clients should consult appropriately qualified or licensed professionals when advice in those areas is required.

Payment

Payment may be required before services or materials are delivered. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in U.S. dollars. The standard 60-minute individual professional coaching and mentoring session is currently $200 USD. Pricing for other services or packages, if offered, will be disclosed before purchase.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests are governed by the MoneyGuyz Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, coaching materials, worksheets, exercises, written materials, and other content provided by MoneyGuyz are intended for the client’s personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, published, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from MoneyGuyz, LLC.

No Guarantee of Results

Outcomes depend on numerous factors, including the client’s circumstances, decisions, actions, and participation. MoneyGuyz, LLC makes no guarantee concerning specific professional, career, business, employment, or financial results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MoneyGuyz, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its coaching, mentoring, educational materials, or website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

MoneyGuyz, LLC may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
